The Growing Green Wellness Center, located in the Green Vibration Eco-Plaza in Hartford, is a holistic health education and resource center. We are a community of green buisnesses, individuals and families working together to minimize our carbon footprints while supporting the local economy as conscious consumers. Membership is only $20 a month with many benefits such as free fitness classes, discounts on food purchases, and free films and community events.
The Wellness Center promotes healthy lifestyle choices which encourage a positive, eco-friendly, and balanced approach to wellness. We recognize that good health is more than the absence of illness. It is a state of well-being and vitality created by a strong mind-body relationship in connection with spirit. We offer simple steps and easy solutions to begin living a greener, more sustainable life in harmony with nature and the earth. Promoting responsibility for care of the self and the earth to achieve and maintain optimal levels of wellness is the goal of the Growing Green Wellness Center.
